Arriving on time will ensure your full service. If you are running late please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. We cannot guarantee your appointment if arriving more than 15 minutes after your scheduled time.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, debit cards, and cash. We do not accept personal checks.
Tipping is always at your discretion however, at this time we are UNABLE to accept gratuity on credit cards.
All credit refunds will be in the form of original payment, excluding tax.
After 2 consecutive, late cancellations (within 24 hours) a credit card will be required to book the next appointment and a $25 fee will be charged upon the 3rd late cancellation.
All product returns must be within 7 days of purchase. No refunds whether cash or credit will be issued. Refunds can only be used for the purchase of another product.
