Jen Eberwein, who founded Crimson Hair Studio in 2011, has successfully created a safe salon environment for her community of clients. Jen has grown her business & presence in the Beauty Industry for the past 20 years & the business owner has steadily expanded her expertise & reach.
“Crimson Hair Studio’s mission is based on a welcoming vibe that ensures that everyone can enjoy their salon experience: COVID has added tension to what was previously stress-free. It was my goal to operate communication during shutdown & re-open in such a way that our clients would feel the same, if not more, confidence in service, satisfaction, & atmosphere they correlate with Crimson.”
During the 3 ½ months of shut-down, Crimson dedicated to extra social & digital presence. They developed an online marketplace to not only sell products like root touch-up kits, but also generate revenue for staff by pre-purchasing services. Videos for style & salon-opening procedure were produced, as well as continuing communication pertaining to opening objectives.

The dedicated Crimson Hair Studio Team is OPEN & now accepting new clients. Crimson has gone above & beyond to fulfill the recommended safety protocol & has enacted changes that reflect elegant design & protection, including upgrading the air filtration systems & enacting a health-release commitment for all staff & clients. To ensure the signature Crimson vibe is maintained, the salon updated its’ city-cool appearance with social distancing partitions between sinks & color areas. Staff all earned CDC-regulated sanitization certification & are working extended operating hours – including Sunday & Monday – for staggered scheduling.
