Although Salon Assistants are a must for operations, our program means so much more than just shampooing heads and sweeping.  Depending on your level of experience, expect to train with us for 12-24 months.  Basically, you will learn specific methods to develop your career as a Beauty Industry Professional. 

During your training, you will become immersed in:

• Blow Dry

• Establishing Your Book

• Initiating Support

• The balance of personality and professionalism

• Product knowledge, including backbar and color lines
